Chinu Kala: How is it possible that she left her family with only Rs 300 in her pocket and now earns Rs 300 Million annually?

Chinu
Kala Left the House Carrying Just Rs. 300. Now Brings in Rs. 30 Cores Annually

She removed
my clothes and some money that she had saved, then she just stood there and
thought. That she ought to go she worried about how long she would be able to
survive with these RS: 300 for the entirety of the night. Will she still be alive
when this money runs out? They clarified to me that she must sell goods door to
door She was informed of her location by this door that unexpectedly closed on
me her confidence was destroyed living at the time was the most essential thing
Here she is, in front of you, a successful businesswoman with a business that
generated about 15 cores in revenue last year that had a turnover of around 15
Cores the previous year was able to get here because she was determined to
succeed and resolute in her determination to be successful and her
intransigence forced me to follow; she is from Mumbai. She was born and raised
in Mumbai and is in a regular middle-class family with MAMA, Papa, and siblings. She
lived on this planet because her mother used to work abroad, therefore she grew up
largely outside.

(Her name is Chinu Kala, she was born October 1981and I founded Ruben’s Accessories India's most popular jeweler
company)

When she was just 15 years old, her
father and she got into an extremely intense dispute.
 He reprimanded her father
and said, "If you can't listen to me and want to do everything on your
own, then you don't need to live." within her home
she also became furious and made the
decision to leave the house, which she carried out. Obtain her clothing and
left the house after taking some rupees 300 that she had saved. She then exited
the building and remained there for more than two hours, unsure of what to do but
she was so obstinate that she decided not to turn around she then left she
didn't even consider where she would live or what she would eat. When we are
young, our parents often take care of the majority of our fundamental
necessities. We don't even notice that someone is working hard to look after
our life you require cash for everything.
She
lacked knowledge in every area.
But she
had a vague recollection that
she
boarded a train and traveled to Bombay Central Station after observing a few
individuals sitting there It was already nighttime at that point, and she had
just eaten (Vada pav) Like the other people there, she put my bag under my head
and lay down, but she was unable to fall asleep. For the duration of the night,
she wondered how long she would be able to survive in this condition and
whether her life would end there. 300.00 rupees It was a really difficult and
frightening night for me by morning, she was sobbing because she had no idea
what to do, where to go, or who to turn to for assistance In this, a specific woman walked up to me she questioned why I was sobbing even she was unable to see her condition after she shared her story. She also gave me some advice on door-to-door sales and she recalls that she promised me she would be able to receive a daily commitment, but she did nothing but sit still for the entire day However, survival was at stake, and she had no other strategy. She went to that office the following day to get a job. They clarified to me that she must visit each door to sell certain products, such as she believed that she could handle the task because it involved knives, coasters, and other simple cooking utensils. She also spoke with others and arranged arrangements for my accommodation in a dorm. I'll be honest; at the moment, nothing seemed more significant to me than my ability to survive. She, therefore, didn't even consider whether she was safe before getting up and going to work on my first day, she started by taking my bag with everything in it and ringing the doorbell of the first residence before she could say anything, a woman stepped out. Upon seeing the stuff in my hands, she shut the door in my face without saying a word. When her father told me to go out, she assumed it would be simple, and for a few while she felt numb, shocked, and helpless.

Typically,
people require these items so they'll purchase them. However, the slammed door
brought her face back to reality she assumed that since this was my first
experience with the outside world, she didn't have the time or the opportunity
to cry, be depressed, or give up since she had to take care of

herself. You
know, the fervor to survive may give anyone the fortitude they need that
everything is possible for them

And she
believes that the need to survive gave her new strength. She got back up,
dried her tears, and went to the next house. This time, she didn't get
rejected, and she made her first sale that day. Now that she looks back on it,
it seems like a very small accomplishment, but this was the first time she had
ever sold anything her success in life every time she feels down, she merely
thinks back to that day. That day, life gave me the invaluable lesson that you
must overcome obstacles in order to succeed in life. You will have chances You
will encounter many difficulties, exactly as when that door was slammed in her
face, similar to the one she obtained from that aunty at the station. However,
it is up to you to stand up and fight to achieve and survive, and the decisions
you make will have a significant impact on both your success and failure.

She worked a
lot of jobs and realized that anything that gives you a roof over your head and
two meals a day is never insignificant receptionist, telemarketer, and waitress

She
performed better than my colleagues because she never had the security of not
performing, the privilege of a backup plan, and didn't even have the choice to
quit working or stay at home. She learned something from every job she held and
these lessons continue to influence me now her only choice was to give whatever
she does my all. She ultimately found employment at a clothes store where she
excelled in sales and also learned a lot of other things people learn about
customer behavior at traditional colleges and universities since it has a
significant impact on the company. All of the activities of the consumer mind
reader demand that she learns practically from here.

1. What
items are necessary for customers?

2. How many
are carrying budgets?

3. What
items do consumers like and find appealing when shopping?

4. The most
crucial lesson from this is how to make one's items visible to clients in order
to sell them. She is earning a meager wage to purchase clothing and footwear
for herself. When the time came for her dreams to materialize, fresh thoughts
began to emerge in her head. These thoughts and ambitions caused her to feel
motivated to act in the marketplace.

                                       Married (2004)

After a few
years, she got married to Amit Kala and had a lot of opportunities to
interact with women. She dressed with various jewelry pieces, and the parties
she attended gave her new ideas about fashion.

Now that she
had begun researching the jewelers, she considered adding some extraordinary
style herself, reasoning that there was a significant need for it on the market
and that she should work hard to fill it. She invested a total of Rs.
300000/three lakhs Indian rupees to open a modest shop of 6 by 6 feet for
designing jewelry. When she started to make money, she came up with a novel idea
for how to expand her firm after noticing the supermall market, she began to
contact the manager to discuss her shop's rent with him. She repeatedly fought
for six months to open a store here through emails, phone calls, and texts
before giving up and pleading with the manager to give her an opportunity to do
so. If the manager doesn't like her collection, she will leave the market, she
said to him. One day, while she sat feeling defeated, her employer called and
remarked, "I concur that you've had a lot of opportunities thanks to luck.
You've now constructed a sizable store in the marketplace. She discovered the
most important lesson from this after spending six months pressuring someone to
open a store in the market. The most important thing, if someone had dreams,
was for them to believe in themselves and that everything was possible.

She launched
a store in the market knowing exactly what the people wanted, what their
spending limits were, and how to interact with them. She received 1.5 half a
lac Indian Rupees on the day's sale result, which astounded her greatly. She
devised a strategy in her head for how she could possibly cover all of India's
vast markets with a single store that was open and welcoming to customers she
has developed a lovely idea and is keeping an eye on how to convince all
jewelers customers to buy my products wherever they are in the world she
started a website dedicated to her products to share her jewelry with the public
online and market it globally now she earns 300 million per year.
